Can you double down on a C-wire? – Beaverton HVAC Tips and Reviews

New Tip: Can you double down on a C-wire?
Shared By Furnace Repair Financing Beaverton Experts…

NOTES – HVAC unit in the attic , AC unit outside (split system)

Here's a pic of my HVAC's wiring. Notice the loose blue wire, can I double down on the C-wire spot (for my thermostat) and add this to the already red wire there? I presume that red wire is my AC units since the other white wire connected to it is going to the Y-spot and the rest are just for the HVAC unit.

I'd love to understand and be knowledgable with this system and not take any stupid chances by doubling up on any wires if it's not safe so any info would be great. Thanks.
