New Tip: Living room Suburban heat and air conditioning unit blades stopped working and then works an hour later.

Hello, so i have a Suburban heat and air conditioning unit in my living room and today randomly while the AC was on the blades randomly stopped spinning and no air was coming out. The unit was still on though.
I tried switching to the fan option and the blades would start revving up slowly for like a second then stop. Same thing when i switch back to the AC. Seems like it was struggling with power or something.I tried unplugging the unit and doing it again in about 1 hour and at first it wasn't working but after it was on for about 10 minutes the blades started spinning again and it was working perfectly.
Does anyone know what the problem was? I don't know too much about these things but i'm thinking it's the capacitor? I find it weird that it just randomly stopped working and started working randomly. Could it be a issue with my power outlet or something?
My unit is like this one. https://www.airxcel.com/suburban-ap/hvac/dynaline-3
Thank you for your time.
